A collaborative project between Hong Kong Bakery / Pastry Shop Arome (東海堂) and Japanese Chef Koichi Izumi (和泉光一), owner of the renowned pastry shop Asterisque in Tokyo.

In this project, Chef Koichi Izumi are commissioned to design 4 cakes for Arome Bakery based on his signature desserts in Asterisque.
