モデルになるため日本に来たフィリピン人のエミリアは、フォトグラファーの未来(ミキ)と出会う。異国のふたりは互いにないものに惹かれ、求め合う。未来はその瞬間を逃さないように写真を撮り続ける。しかしそれはどこか脆く儚く、季節が流れるように突然の別れが訪れる。そして物語は海を越えフィリピンへ─

Based on a true international love story, this production narrates a tale of overcoming the cultural and personal disparities of nations, illustrating the strength of mutual recognition and the nuances of gentle love. Emilia, a Filipino who arrived in Japan with aspirations of becoming a model, coincidentally encounters Miki Matsuyama, an aspiring photographer. Their connection deepens as they find themselves drawn to each other. Miki, intent on immortalizing their moments together, diligently captures their essence through the lens of his camera. However, an unexpected parting disrupts the flow of their narrative. Subsequently, the saga of these two individuals unfolds beyond the shores of Japan, traversing the vast sea to the Philippines, where their story takes on new dimensions.

タイトルのSampaguita（サンパギータ）は、フィリピンの国花で、日本の桜のような、誰からも愛されている花。花言葉 は、「 信 頼 」「 永 遠 の 愛 」「 誓 い 」。
