Reflection on the Project プロジェクトのあとがき
This is an indie music video, June, which we filmed this June.
For this project, I had the chance to work with several actors who have been active in the independent film scene.
One of them, Yukino Murakami, was someone I’d hoped to work with ever since I saw August My Heaven at the Berlin International Film Festival two years ago.
I’m truly grateful that we finally had the opportunity to collaborate on this project. Thank you as well for making the nearly seven-hour round trip by Shinkansen to be part of the shoot—it really meant a lot.
6月に撮影した、“June”というインディーズMVです。
今回は、インディーズ映画で活躍している俳優の皆さんに出演してもらいました。
出演者のひとり、村上由規乃さんとは、2年前のベルリン国際映画祭で『オーガスト・マイ・ヘヴン』を観てから、いつかご一緒したいと思っていました。
今回こうして作品をご一緒できたことを、本当にうれしく思っています。さらに、往復約7時間かけて新幹線で駆けつけてくださり、本当にありがとうございました。
